Key Responsibilities:
Contract & Process Management:
- Draft employment contracts using established templates.
- Maintain an up-to-date library of employment contract templates by country.
- Consult with Legal on special provisions or policy exceptions.
- Edit drafts as changes or updates are communicated.
- Create verification of employment letters.
- Submit invoices to the A/P system.
- Download, format, and analyze reports from PeopleSoft.
- Perform mail merges and prepare presentations, spreadsheets, charts, tables, graphs, reports, and memos.
- Provide backup support for HR Operations team members.
- Screen and disseminate emails from the career mailbox.
- Perform other related HR administrative duties as assigned.
