Key Responsibilities:

Contract & Process Management:

  • Draft employment contracts using established templates.
  • Maintain an up-to-date library of employment contract templates by country.
  • Consult with Legal on special provisions or policy exceptions.
  • Edit drafts as changes or updates are communicated.
  • Create verification of employment letters.
  • Submit invoices to the A/P system.
  • Download, format, and analyze reports from PeopleSoft.
  • Perform mail merges and prepare presentations, spreadsheets, charts, tables, graphs, reports, and memos.
  • Provide backup support for HR Operations team members.
  • Screen and disseminate emails from the career mailbox.
  • Perform other related HR administrative duties as assigned.
