Job Description

What you will do:

Support day-to-day HR operations and recruiting processes encompassing all aspects of employee life at Riviera. This includes but is not limited to HR systems configuration and maintenance, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, compensation, and general talent acquisition activities.

  • Ownership of data integrity across all sources of employee data, which includes entry, processing, and auditing
  • Responsible for data reconciliation, reporting, and maintenance of files and records across our HR tech stack;
    conducts regular systemmaintenance to optimize user experience
  • Assists with the development, maintenance, and management of any HR integrations
  • Day-to-day benefits and compensation support
