Location: Remote, with up to 30% travel to the Igatpuri headquarters or residential campuses whenever required.

What you'll do in this role:
- Run smooth people operations: Lead end-to-end HR operations including travel, HRMS, asset management, compliance, and reporting to keep the organisation running seamlessly.
- Build simple and fair systems: Design strong operational processes and policies that are easy to understand, practical to execute, and fair to everyone. Apply
