People Ops Partner (Data Analytics & Ops) – 2 Year Contract

Overview

With the company growing rapidly, we are looking for a People Ops Partner (Data Analytics & Ops) to join us.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR data analytics and consulting to HR Business Partner.
• Design and develop data models to support forward‑looking HR initiatives with predictive analytics to forecast various business problems.
• Deliver accurate and timely analysis and insights to enable data‑driven management decisions.
• Assist HRBP in supporting the HR Digital transformation efforts.
• Collaborate with HRBP to manage a variety of HR operational matters.
• Work with HRBP in driving and supporting people‑related agenda and projects (e.g., employee engagement, learning & organisational development and culture building).

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in an HR setting (preferred).
• Proficient in mainstream data analysis and visualisation tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Python, etc.
• Strong analytical mindset and framework thinking; effective data storytelling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders across all levels.
• Team player with a curious and research‑oriented mindset to explore and tackle business problems with HR data.
• Good knowledge of the local employment act and the scope of various HR functions.
