Are you passionate about shaping the future of People & Culture and supporting leaders in making a real impact? We are looking for a proactive and collaborative People Partner to join our team and support People Managers, and the entire People & Culture (P&C) team across all business areas.
In this role, you will provide hands-on support in challenging leadership situations, recruitment processes, and reporting, while contributing to strategic P&C initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational success. This is a full-time, permanent position based in a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted partner to People Leaders and line managers, offering guidance on P&C processes, policies, and best practices.
Provide support to managers in employment-related matters, ensuring compliance and fair practices.
Support with recruitment activities, from planning to execution, to secure top talent.
