People, Performance & Culture Analyst Intern

Help AG is looking for a talented and dynamic People, Performance & Culture Analyst Intern who will work closely with the HR team to analyze people data, prepare reports and dashboards, track key performance indicators, and support initiatives related to performance management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, numbers, and insights while gaining exposure to strategic HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and maintaining HR data related to headcount, attrition, performance, engagement, learning, and other people metrics.

• Support the preparation of HR dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
