**About the Role** We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our People Shared Services team as a People Services Analyst on a permanent, full-time basis.This role is integral to delivering a consistent, high‑quality employee experience by providing timely, accurate, and customer‑focused support across a broad range of Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR and employee relations queries. In this role, you’ll manage and resolve HR enquiries with a strong focus on case management, applying sound judgement, analytical capability, and a solid understanding of HR policies, employment legislation, and organisational processes.
