About the Role
Reporting to the Head of People Services & Remuneration, this role leads the People Services & Support function, the primary HR contact for ABC employees, including responsibility for the employment contracts unit. You’ll set clear service standards and lead a national team of to deliver reliable, high-quality support across people policies, processes and systems.
You’ll coach and develop your team, manage performance, resolve issues and lead service improvements, while project managing changes to HR processes and systems. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll balance strong day-to-day delivery with longer-term improvements that simplify ways of working, build capability and make people information easy to access and understand.
