The role ensures that teams perform consistently, improve continuously, and operate with high standards of delivery, compliance, and professionalism.
One-Line-Definiton: People Success Manager – Owns talent acquisition, learning and motivation, people care, performance management, and compliance hygiene to enable high-quality delivery and a strong culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Own end-to-end talent acquisition qualitatively across roles and levels on-time.
Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and success profiles
Drive structured interviews, selection, and onboarding for faster productivity and cultural alignment
