About the Role
The Senior People Systems Partner is an individual contributor responsible for owning and evolving the People technology ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of HR, systems, and automation, ensuring our HR tech stack is reliable, scalable, secure, and well-integrated with the broader business systems landscape. This role is ideal for someone with strong HRIS expertise and deep technical capability, including backend configurations, integrations, APIs, and data flows. You will partner closely with Business Systems and AI Automation teams to modernize People workflows and reduce manual work across the employee lifecycle.
