What Your Day Might Look Like
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding by coordinating interviews and ensuring new starters have everything they need to hit the ground running
- Managing staff rosters and responding to queries about shifts, and leave payroll in collaboration with the Payroll team
- Assist the onsite Educator deliver learning and development activities by booking rooms, sending invites and updating the system to record attendance
- Ensuring staff records, compliance checks, and system updates are accurate and up to date
