To lead the development, optimisation, and governance of the organisation’s core HR technology landscape — including iTrent (MHR) and UKG ProWFM — ensuring accurate people data, seamless integrations, robust payroll alignment, and improved insight through analytics.

The role will champion digital efficiency, continuous improvement, and exploration of AI-driven opportunities within People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Systems Ownership & Governance

  • Lead the end‑to‑end management of the iTrent (MHR) and UKG ProWFM platforms, ensuring stable integrations and data flows across a complex HR, Payroll, IT and Finance ecosystem
  • Oversee system configuration, upgrades, testing cycles, and data structure governance.
  • Maintain system controls, permissions, and auditing to ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
