Location: Toluca (Relocation will works)

Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, configure, and support PeopleSoft applications (HCM/Finance/Other modules).
  • Gather and analyze business requirements; perform fit-gap analysis.
  • Develop and customize using PeopleTools (PeopleCode, App Engine, Component Interface, SQR).
  • Manage integrations using Integration Broker and related technologies.
  • Perform testing (unit, system, UAT) and resolve issues.
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot application problems.
  • Document processes and deliver end-user training.
Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft modules (HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions).
  • Proficiency in PeopleTools: Application Designer, PeopleCode, App Engine, PS Query.
  • Good SQL and database skills (Oracle/SQL Server).
