PeopleSoft Functional Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Functional Analyst to support and enhance the core HR business platform underpinning the operations of their HR branch. You will join the IT HR Systems team and report to the HR Systems Product Manager , playing a key role in maintaining and developing well-established PeopleSoft HR systems that support critical business functions and enable staff and organisational success.

About the Role

In this position, you will provide high-quality functional support across multiple PeopleSoft HCM modules, ensuring configuration, data processes, and system enhancements align with business needs. You will work closely with HR stakeholders, IT colleagues, and project teams to improve processes, resolve issues, deliver upgrades, and support ongoing system improvements.
