Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise across PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 implementations and upgrades. The role involves end-to-end technical ownership including analysis, development, testing, and production support in PeopleSoft HCM environments.
Key Responsibilities

• Work on PeopleSoft HCM Technical development across modules and components
• Perform impact analysis, requirement gathering, configuration, development, testing, and production rollout
• Participate in full lifecycle implementations and upgrades of PeopleSoft HCM (v9.2)
• Develop and maintain technical and functional design documents
• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver stable solutions
• Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
