An Insight Global client is looking for a PeopleSoft Senior Programmer Analyst to join their team. This team specifically supports the benefits, compensation, and staffing for PeopleSoft and provides a lot of customization around those modules. In this role, you focus on designing, developing, testing, and implementing applications while enhancing existing intranet and internet solutions to improve functionality and performance. You create system documentation, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and contribute to the department’s budget planning and maintenance. Each day involves analyzing application systems, reporting on task status, conducting feasibility and requirements studies, and supporting or training team members in resolving technical problems. You maintain strong technical proficiency in programming and system analysis, staying current on vendor‑supplied software and tools relevant to your work.
