This role involves working closely with functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions, ensure system stability, and support strategic business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
PeopleSoft 9.2 payroll configuration
Must have specific PeopleSoft 9.2 experience as other versions are not acceptable
Experience configuring payroll and leave elements
Minimum 3-5 years of payroll configuration experience required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Minimum 3-5 years of PeopleSoft experience required for this Technical/Functional Consultant role.
Amend and develop
Accrual rules.
Formulas to restrict the changes to specific employee groups/pay entities.
Leave takes and entitlements rules.
Annual leave, personal leave and LSL configurations.
