What is the Talent Bench?

We vet candidates in advance so when our clients need to hire, we can deliver 3 interview-ready candidates within 5 days. If you pass this assessment, you'll be added to our bench and contacted when a suitable role becomes available.

Requirements

•       2+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid social creative strategy

•       Proven track record of creating high-converting ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, or YouTube

•       Deep understanding of direct response principles and what makes ads convert

•       Experience analysing ad performance data and translating insights into creative briefs

•       Strong knowledge of creative testing frameworks (hook testing, iteration strategies)

•       Ability to write compelling ad copy and scripts that drive action

•       Familiarity with creative tools (Figma, Canva) and video editing basics

•       Understanding of audience psychology and consumer behaviour

•       Portfolio demonstrating successful ad campaigns with performance metrics

•       Strong written English for scripts, briefs, and client communication

•       Reliable internet (25+ Mbps)

•       Own equipment (laptop/PC)

•       Ability to work US or UK business hours
