In the Inclusive Employment Australia program you'll play a key role in supporting Area Managers to strengthen service delivery, enhance team capability, and drive performance across multiple sites. Internally this role is called Regional Performance and Operational Specialist.

This position will provide support across the following ESAs: Chifley NSW, Gwydir Namoi NSW, Lachlan NSW, Orana NSW, Sturt NSW, Windamere NSW.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Area Managers in identifying and addressingregional performance gaps
  • Upskilling and mentoring teams to build capability and
    promote best practice
