In the Inclusive Employment Australia program you'll play a key role in supporting Area Managers to strengthen service delivery, enhance team capability, and drive performance across multiple sites. Internally this role is called Regional Performance and Operational Specialist.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Area Managers in identifying and addressingregional performance gaps
  • Upskilling and mentoring teams to build capability and
    promote best practice
  • Reviewing compliance obligations and assisting in internal
    auditing processes
  • Driving accountability and achievement of performance
    metrics in line with contract benchmarks
