About The Role
The Performance Associate Director leads cross-channel performance strategies and oversees the execution, optimization, and measurement of campaigns that drive business results. The role provides strategic direction, manages day-to-day performance operations, and supports team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead performance strategy across paid social, search, programmatic, and other channels.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Analyze performance data to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
- Manage budgets, pacing, forecasting, and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine targeting, messaging, and measurement.
