Key Responsibilities
  • Lead performance strategy across paid social, search, programmatic, and other channels.
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Analyze performance data to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, forecasting, and performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine targeting, messaging, and measurement.
  • Guide and mentor performance specialists to ensure consistent delivery and operational excellence.
