About the Role


We’re looking for a Copywriter — someone who understands that ads live or die in the first 2 seconds.

This role is not about storytelling for storytelling’s sake. It’s about hooks, retention, and conversion. You should be comfortable writing for scroll, not applause.


What You’ll Do

  • Write high-impact hooks for performance ads (Reels-first)
  • Script 15–45 sec ad videos with clear attention → retention → CTA flow
  • Adapt the same idea across multiple ad angles (emotional, curiosity, social proof, pain-point)
  • Write scripts for UGC-style ads, talking-heads, voiceovers, and clip-based formats
  • Optimize scripts for watch time, holds, and clarity, not brand fluff
  • Iterate fast based on feedback and performance signals
