We’re Hiring: Performance Creative Strategist

We operate across D2C, quick commerce, and marketplaces , combining clean-label products with a strong focus on brand, performance, and long-term customer value.


Key Responsibilities

Paid Creative Strategy

  • Own the creative strategy for paid channels (Meta-first; Google secondary)
  • Define hooks, angles, messaging frameworks, and proof structures (UGC, claims, social proof, testimonials, etc.)
  • Build and manage a structured creative testing roadmap

Creative Direction for Performance

  • Decide what creatives to brief, iterate, scale, or discontinue
  • Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and editors
  • Ensure creative briefs are performance-led, not purely aesthetic

Brand and Conversion Alignment

  • Maintain consistency with brand tone, language, and values
  • Ensure performance creatives remain credible, on-brand, and trust-building
  • Balance storytelling with direct-response principles

Performance Feedback Loop

  • Analyse creative-level performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS, thumb-stop rate, etc.)
  • Translate insights into new creative hypotheses, iterations, and scaling decisions
  • Collaborate closely with paid media teams to improve outcomes


Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in performance creative, creative strategy, or growth-focused content
  • Proven experience scaling creatives on Meta
  • Background in D2C or consumer brands preferred
  • Food, FMCG, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle experience is a plus

  • Thinks in systems and hypotheses
  • Understands what converts and why
  • Uses data to inform creative decisions
  • Can challenge designers and media buyers constructively
  • Clearly understands the difference between effective and purely aesthetic creative
