Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic creative concepts for paid video campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other UA channels.
  • Analyze creative performance campaigns (CTR, CPI, CPE, ROAS, engagement) to generate actionable insights and optimize creatives.
  • Write concise, effective creative briefs to guide designers, motion artists, and video editors.
  • Collaborate closely with UA, growth, and media buying teams to test hypotheses and scale winning creatives.
  • Review and optimize creative iterations to ensure alignment with brand and business goals.
  • Spot trends, cultural moments, and gaming insights to inform campaign strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end creative process , from concept to execution, testing, and performance analysis.
