BLVT Network Private Limited is looking for a Creative Strategist with real agency experience working on Facebook & Instagram advertising for eCommerce brands.


This is a strategy-first role β€” focused on ideas, angles, messaging, briefs, and creative direction, working closely with media buyers, motion graphics designers, and account managers to scale performance.

πŸ”₯ What You’ll Do

β€’ Own creative strategy for Facebook & Instagram ad accounts

β€’ Build clear, actionable creative briefs for designers & motion teams

β€’ Work closely with media buyers to align creatives with funnel strategy

β€’ Develop themes, messaging angles, hooks, and ad narratives

β€’ Identify and test avatars, interests, pain points, and objections

β€’ Help plan test β†’ iterate β†’ scale β†’ optimize creative roadmaps

β€’ Analyze performance data to improve ROAS & lower CPA

β€’ Continuously generate new ideas to prevent creative fatigue

β€’ Support brand growth strategy through creative experimentation

β€’ Ensure consistency between brand voice, messaging, and visuals

β€’ Coordinate with account managers for smooth execution and timelines

βœ… Who This Role Is For

βœ” 2+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist or similar role

βœ” Mandatory experience working in a digital/performance marketing agency

βœ” Hands-on experience with eCommerce brands only

βœ” Strong understanding of Facebook & Instagram ad ecosystems

βœ” Ability to translate strategy into clear creative briefs

βœ” Strong grasp of social media trends, formats, and user psychology

βœ” Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally (media, creative, accounts)

βœ” Data-aware mindset β€” understands how creatives affect performance
