We’re Hiring: Creative Strategist (Meta Ads – e Commerce)
Remote | Pan-India
This role is NOT for freshers, beginners, or pure designers/editors.
BLVT Network Private Limited is looking for a Creative Strategist with real agency experience working on Facebook & Instagram advertising for e Commerce brands.
This is a strategy-first role — focused on ideas, angles, messaging, briefs, and creative direction , working closely with media buyers, motion graphics designers, and account managers to scale performance.

Role Creative Strategist – Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Location Remote | Pan-India
Compensation As per industry standards (based on experience & skill level)
What You’ll Do • Own creative strategy for Facebook & Instagram ad accounts
• Build clear, actionable creative briefs for designers & motion teams
• Work closely with media buyers to align creatives with funnel strategy
• Develop themes, messaging angles, hooks, and ad narratives
• Identify and test avatars, interests, pain points, and objections
• Help plan test → iterate → scale → optimize creative roadmaps
• Analyze performance data to improve ROAS & lower CPA
• Continuously generate new ideas to prevent creative fatigue
• Support brand growth strategy through creative experimentation
• Ensure consistency between brand voice, messaging, and visuals
• Coordinate with account managers for smooth execution and timelines
✅ Who This Role Is For ✔ 2+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist or similar role
✔ Mandatory experience working in a digital/performance marketing agency
✔ Hands-on experience with e Commerce brands only
✔ Strong understanding of Facebook & Instagram ad ecosystems
✔ Ability to translate strategy into clear creative briefs
✔ Strong grasp of social media trends, formats, and user psychology
✔ Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally (media, creative, accounts)
✔ Data-aware mindset — understands how creatives affect performance

✖ People who only “suggest ideas” but don’t execute
✖ Candidates without agency or e Commerce ad experience
✖ Anyone expecting training or hand-holding
Preferred • Experience working on scaling Meta ad accounts
• Exposure to UGC, motion graphics, short-form video ads
• Understanding of creative testing frameworks
• Ability to review and improve existing creatives
