We're hiring a 
Performance Creative Strategist
 to own the full creative lifecycle of 
short-form performance content
 (video and image) that drives sales and virality across TikTok, Meta (Reels & Feed), and YouTube Shorts.

This is a 
hands-on, high-impact role
for a creative performance operator who thrives on fast iteration, experimentation, and translating data into content that performs.

How you'll contribute

First and foremost, we are a performance-driven company, so a passion for testing, iteration, and creative growth is key.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

Performance Creative (Hands-On)

  • Develop and execute performance-focused creative strategies for short-form video and image content across TikTok, Meta (Reels & Feed), and YouTube Shorts.
  • Turn customer insights, objections, and benefits into compelling hooks, angles, scripts, and briefs.
  • Create and adapt static and motion-based image creatives (carousels, thumbnails, screenshots, before/after, etc.) to support winning video concepts.
  • Oversee the editing and adaptation of UGC and creator content into multiple performance variants (formats, durations, hooks, CTAs).
  • Ensure a constant flow of ready-to-test creatives for paid and organic campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency while prioritizing performance and speed.

Creator & UGC Strategy & Direction

  • Collaborate on creator and UGC strategy by selecting and briefing creators from existing creator pools and SaaS platforms with pre-built infrastructure.
  • The focus of this role is on creative direction, briefing quality, and performance fit — not on creator sourcing or day-to-day operational management.
  • Provide clear creative feedback to continuously improve quality and performance.

Data, Testing & Optimization

  • Collaborate with media buyers to design creative testing roadmaps.
  • Track and analyze creative performance (CAC, ROAS, CTR, scroll-stop rate, view-through rate).
  • Identify patterns in top-performing creatives and translate them into new frameworks and iterations.
  • Maintain a testing and learning loop to continuously improve creative results.

Trend Monitoring & Market Insights

  • Monitor social platforms, competitors, and trends to uncover insights that inspire hooks, narratives, and creative formats.
  • Stay on top of the latest social media trends, actively following platforms like TikTok and Reels.
  • Quickly act on emerging trends to turn them into paid creatives and organic content.

AI & Process Optimization

  • Use AI tools to enhance creative ideation, scripting, and variations.
  • Identify opportunities where AI can improve speed, volume, and consistency.
  • Refine templates and workflows to ensure a scalable creative pipeline.

What you'll need to succeed in this role

  • Proven experience in a Performance Creative / UGC / Content role, working directly with D2C brands — this is essential, not a bonus.
  • Demonstrated success producing short-form content (video and image) for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
  • Deep understanding of direct-response principles: hooks, angles, social proof, objection handling, and clear CTAs.
  • Experience preparing scripts / briefs for create and UGC content.
  • Data-driven mindset: able to interpret results and turn insights into creative actions.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Descript, Canva/Figma).
  • Fluent or near-native English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, remote, high-growth environment.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in wellness, beauty, health, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta / TikTok Ads.
  • Background in Spark Ads / whitelisting workflows.
  • Naturally curious and passionate about consumer psychology, storytelling, and emerging trends.
  • Experience with AI-assisted creative tools and processes (e.g., Creatify, Sora, V03, Runway ML, Descript, CapCut AI features, OpusClip, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.)
