Performance Test Engineer (PE SDET) – Remote (Mexico)

We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer who is passionate about ensuring systems run at their best. In this role, you will design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies to guarantee scalability, reliability, and responsiveness across web, mobile, API, and backend platforms .

• Design and implement performance test strategies for multiple platforms.
• Develop and maintain test scripts using tools like Gatling, JMeter, or K6 .
• Execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests via Azure DevOps Pipelines .
• Simulate production-like conditions for accurate insights.
• Analyze results, identify bottlenecks , and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to resolve performance issues.
• Monitor performance using APM tools (New Relic, Splunk, Grafana).
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations .
• Support continuous performance testing in CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL performance .
• Experience with Azure cloud platforms .
• Familiarity with CI/CD automation .
• Expertise in performance tools like Gatling, JMeter, or K6.

• Advanced conversational English (mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment .
• Passion for performance optimization and continuous improvement.

English – Advanced conversational level is a must.
