About The Role
This role, reporting to the Sr. Director of Technical Asset Management, involves analyzing and modeling power plant performance, driving data-driven insights to enhance efficiency, and collaborating with engineers, O&M teams, and stakeholders to support strategic decision-making across a growing portfolio of renewable projects

This role, reporting to the Sr. Director of Technical Asset Management, involves analyzing and modeling power plant performance, driving data-driven insights to enhance efficiency, and collaborating with engineers, O&M teams, and stakeholders to support strategic decision-making across a growing portfolio of renewable projects
Primary Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets on power plant performance and modeling
- Develop predictive models to forecast performance, troubleshoot PV systems, and recommend corrective actions
- Use PV modeling tools (PVsyst, PVlib Python, NREL SAM, etc.) for performance analysis
- Calculate plant/equipment losses (soiling, tracker, temperature, clipping, inverter efficiency, wiring)
- Compute KPIs (availability, performance ratio, energy performance index) using algorithms
