Role Overview:
The role is part of the team of the HR Employee Services. HR Employee Services is the operational arm of HR focused on delivering efficient, consistent and employee focused support to HR policies and procedures.
The role aims to deliver SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management modules to align organizational goals with employee performance.
Job Responsibilities:
Translate HR policies and processes on performance cycles and goal-setting into system setups.
Configure goal libraries, performance forms, and workflow templates.
Identify issues, if any and develop alternatives/ options with process owners to ensure match between HR processes and system rules/ parameters to ensure delivering seamless systems workflow that supports the process outcome expected.
