We have an exciting opportunity of Performance (Influencer) Marketing Manager with our leading FMCG client based at Mumbai
Role Summary
You will plan and run campaigns using influencers on platforms like Instagram, You Tube, and short video features on Instagram Reels or You Tube Shorts. You will also manage paid ads on Facebook/Instagram, Google, and online stores like Amazon or Nykaa to make products more popular.
Main Duties
- Plan and run influencer campaigns for new product launches, special seasons, or daily brand stories to get more attention and sales.
- Find the right influencers, talk about payments and contracts, and build good working relationships with them and agencies while staying within budget.
- Check campaign results using simple tools, test different ideas, and share clear reports on views, likes, sales, and overall success.
- Keep up with new trends in social media, what influencers are doing, and how to sell personal care products online.
Qualifications Needed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field, with 3-6 years of experience (around 4 years is ideal) in working with influencers or online ads, best from
- companies selling everyday consumer goods like beauty or skincare.
- Good experience running big ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, Google, or online shops, plus skills in checking data and numbers.
- Strong skills in talking to people, making deals, and working with teams; a real interest in social media trends and building trust with customers.
