Performance Management Officer

The Performance Management Officer holds a pivotal position, entrusted with supervising the efficient execution of the growth plan to reach 1,6Mt production level & development of the business unit.

Central to the role is the establishment of a structured performance monitoring framework. The Performance Management Officer serves as the control tower, ensuring proper progress control to the CEO and Management Committee of the Business unit (BU) regarding the evolution of the growth plan.

Your role:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Sestao cluster's CEO, ensuring the effective delivery of the Business unit's growth plan.
