Overview

The Performance Manager for E-Commerce will support the E-Commerce Director and Associate Director in developing and executing performance strategies across multiple retail and e-commerce accounts. This role requires hands-on campaign management, deep knowledge of optimization, and the ability to deliver revenue-focused results in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in campaign planning, execution, and day-to-day optimization across multiple platforms.
  • Translate high-level business objectives into tactical campaign actions.
  • Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and proactively recommend optimizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including social, search, and data feed specialists.
  • Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable for both clients and internal teams.
