Job Summary
The Performance Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organizations performance management framework to ensure alignment with business objectives. The role focuses on KPIs, appraisals, employee productivity, and continuous improvement in line with UAE labor laws and best HR practices.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage performance management systems (KPIs, OKRs, scorecards).

Lead annual and periodic performance appraisal cycles across departments.

Align individual and departmental goals with organizational strategy.

Analyze performance data and prepare dashboards and reports for management.
