As a Performance Marketer, you will own the planning, execution, and optimization of data-driven marketing campaigns that fuel growth and improve brand visibility. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to experiment, analyze results, and scale what works.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Manage paid advertising on platforms such as Google Ads and social media ad managers (Meta, etc.).
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and conduct in-depth analysis to drive continuous optimization.
  • Run A/B tests and conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve funnel performance.
  • Track user behavior and marketing effectiveness using analytics and performance tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to improve messaging, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Support SEO initiatives by aligning paid and organic growth strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms including Google Ads and social media ad managers.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Experience planning and executing marketing strategies and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance measurement tools.
  • Strong copywriting and content ideation skills with a performance mindset.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and digital marketing best practices.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with relevant performance marketing experience.

Good to Have

  • Experience or exposure to the ed-tech or study abroad industry.
