Now we need a data-obsessed Performance Marketer to build and scale paid acquisition channels that drive measurable, repeatable growth.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Performance Marketer who will own day-to-day execution and optimization of our paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging channels. You'll work closely with the Marketing Lead to drive traffic, leads, and revenue while maintaining target CAC and ROAS goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management (60% of time)
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- Monitor daily performance: CAC, ROAS, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, impression share
- Manage budgets and pacing: Ensure spend is on track, pause underperforming campaigns, scale winners
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Bid management: Adjust bids based on performance data to hit target CAC
Analytics & Reporting (25% of time)
- Build and maintain performance dashboards (Metabase, Google Sheets, or similar)
- Weekly reporting: Traffic, leads, customers, CAC, ROAS by channel
- Attribution validation: Cross-check platform-reported conversions vs CRM actual customers
- Identify trends and anomalies: Flag issues early (e.g., Quality Score drops, CAC spikes)
Experimentation & Growth (15% of time)
- Run structured experiments: New ad angles, audiences, placements, keywords
- Test new channels: LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, Twitter Ads (small budgets, fast iteration)
- Collaborate with design team: Brief new ad creatives based on performance insights
- Landing page optimization: Work with product/design to improve CVR on key pages
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Platform expertise: Google Ads (Search, PMax) and Meta Ads Manager (campaigns, ad sets, creatives)
- Analytics tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets for data analysis
- Strong analytical skills: Comfortable with CAC, ROAS, CPL, LTV calculations
- Ownership mindset: You see a CAC spike at 9 AM, you investigate and fix it by 10 AM (don't wait for weekly meetings)
- Startup experience preferred: Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, wearing multiple hats
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Marketing agency background
- Experience with CRM tools (Close, HubSpot, Salesforce) and attribution tracking
- Familiarity with PostHog for event-based analytics
- Basic SQL skills for custom reporting
- Experience in B2C services
