Performance Marketer

We're Hiring: Performance Marketer

Zippy Scale is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to join our team on-site in Hyderabad.

What you'll do:

→ Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads

→ Set up and manage Google Analytics (GA4) & Google Tag Manager (GTM) for conversion tracking

→ Configure Meta Events Manager, Pixel & Conversions API (CAPI) for accurate event tracking

→ Conduct keyword research and build search strategies for Google Ads

→ Build and test compelling offers and provide creative direction for ad campaigns

→ Manage lead data using CRM tools (HubSpot/GoHighLevel) with lead scoring and pipeline management

→ Drive measurable results - ROAS, CPA, lead quality and conversion improvements

What we're looking for:

→ 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

→ Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Meta Events Manager...
