We are looking for a hands-on Digital Growth & Performance Marketing professional who can drive paid performance while also shaping and optimising our organic digital presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube
Track and improve CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversions
Manage budgets and performance reporting
Set up and monitor pixels, events, and conversion tracking
Digital Marketing / SMM
Own social media performance in collaboration with the content team
Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals
Analyse organic performance and improve reach, engagement, and growth
Coordinate with designers and copywriters for creatives and posts
