Key Responsibilities:
Plan & manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Marketplace Ads)
Drive conversions, leads & store footfalls
Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPA & ROAS
Manage budgets & performance reports
A/B test creatives, landing pages & audiences
Coordinate with creative & content teams
Track analytics using GA, Meta & ad dashboards
Monitor competitors & market trends
Requirements
Performance marketing & paid media
Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Lead generation & conversion optimization
GA / GA4 & ad analytics
Budget management & ROI tracking
Strong analytical & data interpretation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Any Graduation / MBA (Marketing preferred)
Experience in Retail / E-commerce / D2C preferred
