Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Mumbai. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Key day-to-day tasks include managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, analyzing performance data, conducting A/B testing, creating performance reports, and collaborating with the creative team to align marketing efforts with business goals. This role requires a strategic mindset to drive customer acquisition and brand growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Marketing, PPC Campaign Management, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and A/B Testing
• Strong skills in Google Ads, Facebook (Meta) Ad Manager, and other programmatic advertising platforms
• Knowledge of Campaign Performance Reporting and Analytical Tools such as Google Analytics
• Understanding of Campaign Budgeting, Bid Strategy, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams for optimized campaign content
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in consumer goods or luxury goods marketing is an advantage
