We are seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst to own and scale paid acquisition initiatives across Google, Meta, and TikTok. This role is suited for an analytical, hands-on marketer who understands B2C growth, performance funnels, and how to convert ad spend into measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok
  • Own and optimise the full performance funnel, including ads, landing pages, and conversion paths
  • Analyse campaign performance and continuously test creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages to improve ROI
  • Track, monitor, and optimise key performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Support budget planning and ensure efficient allocation across channels based on performance insights
  • Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights to drive data-backed decisions

Requirements

  • 0–1 year of experience in performance marketing, paid growth, or digital marketing analytics
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and conversion optimisation
  • Exposure to B2C or consumer technology products is preferred
  • Experience targeting US or other international markets is a strong plus
  • Availability for full-time, in-person work (6 days/week)
