About the role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst / Growth Operator who lives in numbers, funnels, and efficiency.
This role is not about creating ads or “ideas”.
It’s about monitoring performance, controlling spends, identifying leaks, and pushing the system to generate more sales profitably.
You’ll work very closely with:
• Marketplace Operator
• Designers & content team
Your job is to make sure money spent = sales generated.
