We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Associate (PMA) to join our growth team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, execution-focused, and passionate about scaling digital campaigns with a strong emphasis on CTWA (Click-to-WhatsApp Ads) and performance-driven marketing channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads, conversions, and measurable ROI.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running paid campaigns, especially CTWA campaigns, understands funnel-based marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant paid channels.
- Own and scale CTWA (Click-to-WhatsApp) campaigns, focusing on lead quality, cost efficiency, and conversion performance.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates, and take data-backed optimization actions.
- Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, copies, and landing experiences aligned with campaign goals.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels to improve campaign outcomes.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels to maximize ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with CRM and sales teams to ensure lead flow quality, follow-ups, and conversion tracking, especially for WhatsApp-based leads.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing and paid acquisition.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2β4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Strong practical experience with CTWA (Click-to-WhatsApp Ads) and lead-generation campaigns.
- Proven expertise in running and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, funnels, attribution, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into action.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
