About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Assistant Manager - E-commerce Marketing to oversee and grow our digital presence across marketplaces and brand websites. You will play a critical role in scaling e-commerce operations, marketing, and driving top-line and bottom-line performance. This is a cross-functional role that demands strong analytical acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution capabilities across e-commerce and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Operations & Marketplace Management
- Own Revenue for key marketplaces & website.
- Run & manage campaigns in marketplaces, Meta & other channels to achieve revenue targets.
- Work with the Operations team to ensure inventory health and stock availability to meet revenue targets.
- Work with marketplaces to identify potential revenue opportunities & execute.
- Monitor customer reviews, feedback, and escalations for product feedback.
- Work with internal teams to drive ad sales & improve Ro AS across channels.
Analytics & Strategy
- Track and report on KPIs related to traffic, conversion, and revenue.
- Analyze campaign and sales data to derive insights, recommend improvements, and guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to resolve blockers affecting e-commerce performance.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
- Experience in managing operations across marketplaces would be preferred
- Solid understanding of marketplace algorithms, PPC, and campaign performance metrics.
- Proven ability to manage and scale campaigns across different channels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
