Roles & Responsibilities: 


1. Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns in alignment with business strategy and targets 


2. Manage day-to-day performance of campaigns across all or designated sets of platforms, as per
area of strength and proficiency, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Quora, Email, and database. 


3. Manage and optimize budgets and daily expenses 


4. Analyze and report on performance to related functions 


5. Develop new strategies and avenues for better returns on marketing efforts 


6. Coordinate and synergize efforts between digital marketing, brands and tech/data teams to get
the best outcomes 



Qualification: 


1. Bachelors in Engineering/Maths & MBA/Master’s in Media/Mass Communication/Advertising or
related fields will be preferred; 


2. If you are self-taught and can demonstrate your proficiency and skills the qualifications will not
be a barrier
Knowledge, Skills and 



Experience: 


1. Variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural
networks, etc.) and operations research 


2. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2C domain 


3. Sound knowledge of various marketing and social media platform 


4. Proficient in using marketing tools like WordPress, Unbounce, Zapier 


5. Familiar with basics of HTML, CSS and JavaScript 


6. Cross-functional skills of working with Creative, Data and Tech Teams 


7. Good written communication skills
