Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to own reporting execution, data quality control, and performance tracking across client accounts. You will manage automated reporting workflows, validate Supermetrics queries, update trackers, and support internal teams with timely insights.
You are required to ensure the reporting systems are accurate and reliable. Ideal candidates thrive in a process-driven, analytical environment and enjoy diagnosing data issues and improving reporting efficiency.
Responsiblities
- Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly performance trackers for multiple brands
- Ensure data accuracy through routine validation and quality checks
- Monitor Supermetrics connectors and troubleshoot broken or outdated queries
- Perform manual data entry where needed and reconcile discrepancies
- Develop weekly and monthly reporting summaries similar to our brand performance updates — including highlights, narrative insights, and improvement recommendations
- Support build-out and maintenance of dashboard reporting
- Complete channel projection plans and internal reporting templates
- Manage QA trackers and ensure alignment with client deliverables
- Respond to ad-hoc client and internal data pull requests
- Identify gaps in data flows and recommend process or automation improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account managers, analytics, media, and leadership teams
Qualification
- Advanced spreadsheet competency (Google Sheets / Excel) including formulas, pivots, lookups, validations etc
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience working with data connectors or BI automation tools (Supermetrics preferred)
- Ability to translate data into performance narratives and insights
- Ability to diagnose data irregularities and resolve reporting issues
- Comfortable working across multiple brands/projects in an fast-paced agency environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to consistently meet reporting deadlines
- Familiarity with performance marketing reporting
- Exposure to data visualization tools or dashboard building
- Understanding of QA processes, media channels, or e-commerce metrics
