Performance Marketing & E-Commerce Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven Performance Marketing & E-Commerce Operations Manager to own marketplace advertising, data intelligence, and growth across leading platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and Quick-Commerce channels.

This role sits at the center of revenue, inventory, and media spends — making it one of the most business-critical positions in the company.

A. Platform Operations & Execution

Marketplace Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize daily ad campaigns (PLA, PCA, Display) across Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Ajio.

Own budget pacing, bid optimization, keyword performance, and ROAS delivery across platforms.

Quick Commerce Growth

Drive top-of-search and high-intent visibility on Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto through intelligent bidding and promotions.
