Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and manage Search and Display campaigns across Amazon Ads Console and Flipkart Ads Manager
Manage end-to-end campaign execution , including keyword research, targeting, bidding, and budget management
Optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, ACOS, ROAS , and overall sales contribution
Collaborate with the Category, Creative, and E-commerce teams to ensure campaign alignment with brand objectives and promotional calendars
Conduc t performance analysis, A/B testing, and reporting to identify optimization opportunities
Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance dashboards highlighting insights and recommendations
Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in marketplace advertising and digital performance marketing
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and compliance with platform advertising policies
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
2-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing
Prior hands-on experience with Amazon Ads Console and Flipkart Ads Platform is highly preferred
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and campaign reporting tools
