Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage Search and Display campaigns across Amazon Ads Console and Flipkart Ads Manager
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution , including keyword research, targeting, bidding, and budget management
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, ACOS, ROAS , and overall sales contribution
  • Collaborate with the Category, Creative, and E-commerce teams to ensure campaign alignment with brand objectives and promotional calendars
  • Conduct performance analysis, A/B testing, and reporting to identify optimization opportunities
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance dashboards highlighting insights and recommendations
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in marketplace advertising and digital performance marketing
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and compliance with platform advertising policies


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 2-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing
  • Prior hands-on experience with Amazon Ads Console and Flipkart Ads Platform is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and campaign reporting tools
